All current products are sold as part of a pre-order model. All sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Exceptions
If you believe there is an issue with your order (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item), please contact us at silkonwounds@gmail.com] within 14 days of delivery. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Pre-Order Acknowledgment
By placing an order, you acknowledge that all items are pre-order and agree to the stated production and shipping timelines. Refund requests based on shipping time or delays will not be accepted.

Order Changes & Cancellations
